What is bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT)?Each gender faces hormone-related symptoms caused by aging (perimenopause, menopause and andropause) and other conditions, which may be physical, mental and/or emotional in nature. BHRT involves the use of plant based hormones similar to those produced in the body to help with imbalances. Patients who receive customized bioidentical hormone replacement therapy commonly report an improved quality of life. In office visits are required for this service. It includes a detailed consultation, medical exam and labwork. Are in office options available?Yes, this is the preferred method for all initial consultations. We believe in supporting our clients in reaching their health and wellness goals. Face-to face appointments improve accountability. Follow up appointments may be virtual, if deemed medically appropriate.

Are telehealth options available?Yes, for some visit types we do offer virtual telehealth options. We strive to offer convenient appointments that work with your personal schedule. Lab work is required for most initial visits and will require a remote visit to an off- site lab.

Do you accept insurance?No. Our services are not typically covered by insurance since they are not considered medically necessary despite the multiple health benefits. We gladly accept several forms of payment including Visa, Master Card, Discover, Amex, Zelle and cash. FSA and HSA cards supported by major credit card companies (Visa, Mastercard and Discover) may be used for medical weight loss and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy options.

What does the $50 deposit cover?The $50 deposit reserves your in-office or virtual visit with our board certified nurse practitioner. Virtual visits must be scheduled by calling our office. The deposit will be deducted from the cost of your service and/or consultation with our board certified nurse practitioner. *Clients must cancel any scheduled appointment prior to 24 hours of your scheduled visit to have your fee credited to your next office visit. If a client no shows or misses more than 2 scheduled appointments, the deposit will be forfeited.

How much is the consultation fee?The consultation fee is $50. It includes an in-depth consultation with the nurse practitioner. She will review your health history, discuss your goals and explore service options. The consultation fee will be deducted from the cost of the following service plans (silver, bronze, gold, platinum, aesthetics services and BHRT pellets), if chosen.
